Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions
2️⃣ Lead architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, and TPRM
3️⃣ Manage platform governance, integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub), and CMDB
4️⃣ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutioning and demos
5️⃣ Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and consultants
✅ What We’re Looking For
1️⃣ Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture
2️⃣ Expertise in modules like ITSM, SecOps, GRC, IRM, etc.
3️⃣ Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer
4️⃣ Experience in platform design, governance, and performance
5️⃣ Certifications like CSA, CIS, CAD, ITIL, or TOGAF are a plus
