ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

About the Role
Our consulting client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM professional with strong scripting and integration expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions while integrating the platform with enterprise applications and services.
Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems
• Develop custom applications and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and best practices
Required Skills / What You Bring
• 5–7 years of IT experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience including JavaScript
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
