ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) to design, implement, and support enterprise asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and asset lifecycle management, along with a solid understanding of ITSM and ITAM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HAM PRO module.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow CIS-HAM or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and CMDB is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL practices.
