Job description:

In depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.
Provide integration facilities and provisions logistics on ServiceNow implementation projects, for the required customer
integrations.
• Suggest and implement proposals for process improvements within projects, once agreed.
• Use new technologies and methods actively to develop competitive services on customer projects.
• Provide technical documentation on modules / products, following company standar ds on customer projects.
• Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge and maintains an up to date skills profile in ServiceNow and Java
Scripting, HTML.
• Ability to drive business requirements and take an active/leading role with customer stakehold ers including C level / director
level / users.
• Perform configuration, application integration, custom programming, and other technical activities in support of systems
integration projects.
• Advise, mentor, and provide hands on assistance to other team mem bers regarding the technical solution design and
execution.
• Develop and document best practice approaches and reusable assets for the deployment team
• Identification & design of ServiceNow integration requirements, including
• ServiceNow Mid tier setup
• Event Management integration
• Service Mapping & Discovery integration (CMDB)
• Create and design user stories as well as assess solution built by developers.
• Support and Perform system testing and systems integration testing
• Support user acceptance testing
• Support go live and early life/warranty support periods

Must have:

• Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAX WS)
• Familiarity with object oriented programming languages
• Relational database expertise in relation to an enterprise sof tware system (Oracle, MS Sql, MySQL, etc.)
• AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting.
• Expertise hand coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with with any 3 rd party tool e.g., SalesForce, MuleSoft, S napLogic, Perspectium etc.
