ServiceNow Administrator

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules (mandatory).

• Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio for application development.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.

• Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain CMDB and ITSM modules to support enterprise requirements.

• Develop and implement Flow Orchestration for automation and process optimization.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and services.

• Build, customize, and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow modules.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

• ServiceNow: 10 years (Preferred)

• IT service management: 10 years (Preferred)

• REST: 10 years (Preferred)
