Service Now Platform Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the platform. This role will work closely with the ServiceNow development team, IT operations team, and business stakeholders to ensure that the platform is aligned with business objectives and is operating at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that new features and functionality are properly tested and deployed
• Work with the IT operations team to ensure that the platform is properly integrated with other IT systems and tools
• Develop and maintain documentation of platform configuration, customizations, and workflows
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on the use of the platform
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for platform optimization and improvement
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure platform security, compliance, and governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the platform is aligned with business objectives
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the platform roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
