ServiceNow Manual QA Analyst

The Worker supports DFPS Information Technology Services (ITS) by ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of enterprise systems through strict adherence to ITS Quality Assurance (QA) standards. This role focuses on manual testing within ServiceNow, including test planning, test case creation, and execution. The analyst plays a critical role in enforcing DFPS ITS QA methodologies, validating system functionality, and ensuring solutions meet Texas State SDLC, security, and governance requirements.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC

Experience supporting Texas State agency systems, preferably DFPS or HHS environments
