We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Manual QA Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Austin, TX.

Location: Austin, TX

Hybrid Role

Employment Type: W2 Only

Required Experience:

✅ 4+ years of Manual Testing experience in ServiceNow

✅ Strong experience in Test Case Creation & Execution

✅ Experience with QA standards and SDLC processes

✅ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

✅ Agile/Scrum experience

✅ API & Integration Testing experience

✅ Jira experience for defect tracking and Agile management

Preferred Skills:

✔ ServiceNow SPM module testing

✔ ITSM, CMDB, HRSD module testing

✔ UAT Coordination

✔ Texas DIR compliance & audit experience

✔ Government or regulated environment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing within ServiceNow
• Create and execute detailed test cases
• Validate system functionality and compliance requirements
• Support QA methodologies and SDLC standards
• Work closely with Agile teams and stakeholders
• Track defects and support UAT activities
