We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Consultant – ServiceNow to lead our team in delivering exceptional service management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, guiding organizations through successful implementations and optimizations.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions
Provide strategic guidance on IT service management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for clients
Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting or related field
✅ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or ITIL are a plus
