Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Developer specializing in ServiceNow to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

• Work on end-to-end feature development and resolve implementation issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs

• Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, integrations, and reports within ServiceNow

• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications

• Provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and adherence to best practices

• Participate in system design, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• At least 2–3 years experience in ServiceNow development

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow architecture

• Experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions

• Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and database concepts

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM)

• Experience in ITSM tools and enterprise environments

• Exposure to low-code/no-code development on the ServiceNow platform

Pay: Php60,000.00 – Php90,000.00 per month
