Senior Consultant – ServiceNow (Supervisor)

In this role, you will drive end-to-end solution delivery across core business modules and spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge, AI-powered platform capabilities. You will also act as a supervisor, guiding and mentoring junior consultants to ensure high-quality enterprise delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery: Lead the configuration and delivery of multi-module ServiceNow solutions, including GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/Discovery, ITAM, and CMDB.

• AI Implementation: Implement advanced AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent (conversational flows/NLU), Now Assist (GenAI experiences), Agent Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Process Mining.

• Automation & Integration: Build enterprise-level workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, and support integration architectures using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define solution designs, and manage enhancements and optimization activities with stakeholders.

• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, conduct quality reviews, and guide junior team members.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience & Education

• Professional Experience: 6–8 years of ServiceNow implementation or consulting experience , with at least 3+ years specifically configuring the platform.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and advanced configuration expertise in at least two of the following: GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or CMDB.

• Integrations & Tools: Proven experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth) , Flow Designer, ATF, dashboards, and reporting.

• AI & Automation: Familiarity with GenAI use cases, automation orchestration frameworks, and ServiceNow AI features.

• Professional Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.

Certifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Mandatory: At least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, or ITOM.

• Preferred: ITIL Foundation.

Pay: Php100,000.00 – Php140,000.00 per month
