Job Description:
ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist
– Candidate must have atleast 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
– Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
– ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
– well versed with ServiceNow scripting
– Candidate must have 2+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience
– Good knowledge of CMDB data model
– Working experience in Service Maps
– Experience in writing custom patterns
– Must have good communication skills
