About the Role
Technozis is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist with strong expertise in Service Mapping, CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM modules.
We are looking for professionals who have hands-on implementation experience and can drive enterprise ServiceNow initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and manage Service Mapping solutions
• Work extensively with CMDB and Discovery modules
• Create and customize patterns for Service Mapping
• Perform tag-based, pattern-based, and traffic-based mapping
• Maintain CMDB data model integrity and governance
• Work across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management
• Develop custom scripts and automation within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead teams and mentor junior ServiceNow professionals
Required Skills
• 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow design and development
• 5+ years of experience in CMDB and Discovery
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and data model
• Hands-on experience in:
• Tag-based Mapping
• Pattern-based Mapping
• Traffic-based Mapping
• Pattern Customization
• Custom Pattern Development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team handling / leadership experience
