Hiring: Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer (FTE)
Location: US Wide – Remote (12 approved states only: DC, FL, GA, MD, NC, TX, VA, TN, MO, AZ, IN, MT)
Basic Salary: $140k – $175k (DOE) + benefits
Client: ServiceNow Elite Partner
What I am looking for:
• ServiceNow CSA – mandatory
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development (MINIMUM) across ITSM (not admin, BA, or PM)
• Recent module experience: Incident, Problem, Change, Request
• Strong scripting depth: Glide API, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer
• with ability to obtain Public Trust
• Must currently reside in one of the 12 approved states (no relocation supported)
• Now Assist / GenAI exposure preferred
• CAD and CIS-ITSM certifications strongly preferred
