I am hiring for Business Analyst – Generative AI (ServiceNow / ITSM Focus)

Location: Knutsford – Hybrid 2 to 3 days in office
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on capturing and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies, especially LLMs, and understanding of associated governance and risk implications.
• Solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM tools and services, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and prioritize deliverables effectively.
