About the role

A leading global consulting firm is building out its ServiceNow practice across Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East is appointing a Certified Master Architect to lead it from the front, opportunities to influence transformation at national scale are rare. This is one of them – This appointment will help shape one of the fastest-growing ServiceNow consulting practices in the Middle East.

What you will do
• Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture strategy and multi-year platform roadmaps aligned to business, security, and regulatory objectives.
• Lead architecture governance, design assurance, and solution quality across multiple large-scale engagements.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-level and client leadership teams, shaping decisions before they are made.
• Establish the standards, guardrails, and design principles the practice delivers against.
• Provide architectural oversight across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Support solution shaping, pre-sales, and strategic advisory on key pursuits.
• Mentor and develop the architects and consultants coming up behind you.

What you will bring
• Active ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification. Essential.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Strong background in architecture governance, platform strategy, and operating model design.
• Experience advising executives and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Depth across multiple ServiceNow product suites, with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping as architectural building blocks.
• Consulting, professional services, or global systems integrator background preferred.
