ServiceNow Program Manager
• £700 per day – Outside IR35
• London, primarily remote

You’ll be leading a targeted statement of work to transform and stabilise a ServiceNow estate for a well known retail business investing heavily in its customer and operational platforms. The platform is live, but fragmented and not delivering the value it should.

What you’ll be doing

You will own the end to end delivery of a defined SOW focused on improving platform performance, structure, and long term scalability.

That includes:
• Leading the overall ServiceNow programme across multiple workstreams
• Owning delivery governance, roadmap, and prioritisation of improvements
• Driving alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and platform capability
• Overseeing development teams and ensuring quality, consistency, and pace of delivery
• Implementing stronger operating models, standards, and controls across the platform
• Shifting the environment from reactive change to structured, outcome-led delivery
• Engaging senior stakeholders to drive adoption and unlock value from the platform

What we need from you
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow programmes or large scale platform transformations
• Strong understanding of ITSM and wider ServiceNow capability landscape
• Background in delivering SOW-led or consultancy engagements with clear outcomes
• Ability to bring structure, governance, and clarity into underperforming environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, SMEs, and vendors
• Confident stakeholder operator, able to influence at senior level
