Location: Reston, VA (Onsite 1–2 days/week)

Job Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional/technical requirements, creating workflows, and supporting Agile teams in delivering new features and systems enhancements.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Agile experience required.
• Strong workflow and user story creation skills.
• Ability to translate API details into requirements.
• ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM/CRM) experience.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document requirements for features and enhancements.
• Create workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate API functionality into user stories.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI Planning.
