Pay Range: $85 – $90 /hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams.
• As an ServiceNow Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Governance and change control for enhancements
• Interface with domain architects
• Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner
• Analyze requirements
• Recommend solution options
• Perform FSD reviews
• Impact assessments
• Coordinate development with scrum team
• Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Client Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
• Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: – [“ServiceNow”, ” ServiceNow Module”, ” ServiceNow Flow Design”]
• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer is required. Advanced level of proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is recommended.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) at Expert proficiency, ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations at Advanced proficiency, and ServiceNow at Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
• Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
• Certified CSA, CAD, CIS
• CTA and / or CMA a plus
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, workflows
