Salary :The hourly range for this position is $65-70/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC / Controls Specialist to support enterprise cybersecurity and governance initiatives through the implementation and management of security controls within the ServiceNow GRC and Continuous Authorization (CAM) modules. In this role, you will work closely with cybersecurity teams, application owners, and technical stakeholders to configure, validate, and maintain controls that support risk management, compliance, and security objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow GRC experience, a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, and the ability to translate governance requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical security programs and help strengthen the organization’s overall risk and compliance posture.

Responsibilities
• Configure and manage controls within ServiceNow GRC and CAM modules.
• Partner with application owners and cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain security controls.
• Support risk, compliance, and governance programs aligned with NIST standards.
• Assist with continuous control monitoring, validation, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve security posture and compliance readiness.

Required Qualifications
• 4–7 years of ServiceNow experience, with strong expertise in GRC and CAM modules.
• Experience implementing, managing, or validating security controls within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST; SOC 2 experience is a plus.
• Understanding of cyber risk, governance, compliance, and audit processes.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts including Okta, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Candidates with a cybersecurity, cyber risk, or information security background.
