You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application development, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services.
Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements, driving process automation, and improving overall IT service management maturity. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients’ IT operations and contribute to their success.Key Responsibilities : – Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management, to align with ITIL best practices and client requirements.- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications, to automate IT processes and improve user experience.- Develop and maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about IT assets and their relationships.- Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to automatically discover and map IT infrastructure and applications.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow capabilities.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, providing timely and effective support to users.- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.Required Skillset : – Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.- Deep understanding of ITILv4 framework and its application to IT service management processes.- Experience with CMDB design and implementation, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
