Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows, API integrations, and UI/UX development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Integration Hub, App Engine, and UI Builder to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Studio.
• Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop scalable and user-friendly applications using App Engine and UI Builder.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Flow Designer
• Workflow Studio
• Integration Hub
• App Engine
• UI Builder
• Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow customization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
