Seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Custom Forms & Workflow) contractor who currently resides in GA. You will build a custom policy & procedures application inside ServiceNow.
This role is not admin-level. This person must design, build, and implement end-to-end workflows and custom forms across multiple environments.
What They Will Do
• Build custom form submission system in ServiceNow (ITSM)
• Develop end-to-end workflow (approve / reject / send for correction)
• Configure document creation, metadata, and templates
• Implement multi-step approval routing by document type
• Handle email notifications + task routing
• Build search functionality (metadata + keyword)
• Implement role-based admin controls
• Migrate documents + metadata from legacy system into ServiceNow
• Deploy across Dev, QA, UAT, Production environments
• Support testing, UAT, and production rollout
Required (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM development
• Proven experience building:
• Custom forms
• Workflow approvals (multi-step)
• Task routing + notifications
Experience with:
• ServiceNow configuration + customization
• Workflow design (approval chains, corrections, rejections)
• Experience doing data/document migration into ServiceNow
• Has built solutions across multiple environments (Dev → Prod)
