ServiceNow Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the consolidation and migration of ServiceNow platforms during an M&A integration

• Coordinate activities across multiple business units, operational teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners

• Manage integration of ServiceNow modules, workflows, CMDBs, ITSM processes, and related platform capabilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across both organizations to drive decision-making and execution

• Partner with technical architects, ServiceNow administrators, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation

• Identify process gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for standardization across legacy environments

• Manage governance, reporting, status communications, escalation management, and executive updates

• Ensure successful change management, user adoption, training coordination, and operational transition planning

• Drive vendor accountability and coordinate deliverables with outside implementation partners and consulting firms

• Maintain focus on minimizing operational disruption while ensuring successful platform consolidation

Required Qualifications – Absolute Must-Haves

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow-focused projects or programs

• Direct experience leading a ServiceNow migration, consolidation, transformation, or integration initiative

• Experience working on merger & acquisition integration projects or large enterprise system consolidations

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and operational teams

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex organizational structures

• Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations

• Strong executive communication and project governance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications preferred

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications preferred

• Experience within highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments

• Experience with platform rationalization, workflow standardization, and operational transformation initiatives

• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, identity/access management, and enterprise tooling ecosystems

Pay: $70.00 per hour
