Job Title: Technical Analyst – ServiceNow (HRSD)
Duration: 10 months
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to support the design, configuration, and delivery of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building integrations, configuring modules, and supporting end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including HRSD modules
• Develop script objects (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs) and workflows
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform testing (unit, system, integration) and support production releases
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, support enhancements, and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• CIS-HR and/or ServiceNow Administrator certification
• Strong experience with integrations and ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reporting
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HR systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or web services (REST/SOAP, JSON)
