Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) to lead enterprise-wide architecture, platform strategy, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, driving solution excellence, governance, and innovation across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:
• Define and lead the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across HRSD / S2P domains
• Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Own the ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals

Solution Design & Delivery:
• Architect and design complex solutions in HRSD (Case & Knowledge Mgmt, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events)
• Lead implementations in Source-to-Pay (Procurement, Vendor Mgmt, Sourcing, Contract Mgmt, Invoice Processing)

Required Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Mandatory
• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture
• Strong expertise in HRSD and/or Source-to-Pay modules
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and data models
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise workflows
