Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSO Architect/Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, configuration, and customization with a focus on financial services processes. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow FSO solutions aligned with enterprise and financial domain requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow FSO solutions including Financial Data Models, Dispute Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Treasury Operations, Payment Operations, Card Operations, Loan Operations, and Claims Processing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow FSO applications, including client and server-side scripting, workflows, and APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and deliver technical solutions within sprint cycles.
• Develop and maintain integration patterns with upstream and downstream systems for financial data and operations.
• Ensure CSDM (Common Service Data Model), CMDB, and Data Model alignment within FSO implementations.
• Provide guidance and best practices for FSO adoption, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical stories.
• Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding and configuration standards.
• Support stakeholder communication, provide solution demos, and drive end-user adoption.
Must-Have Skills:
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically with Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Minimum 1 2 years of ServiceNow FSO implementation experience, including configuration and customization.
• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle FSO design and implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Data Models and FSO processes (Dispute Management, Treasury, Payments, Loans, Claims, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript (client/server-side scripting), and integration approaches.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with CSDM, CMDB, and ServiceNow data models.
• Agile delivery experience including requirements gathering, sprint planning, and demos.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
