Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – Now Assist (ITSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Now Assist (AI-powered capabilities) within ITSM
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient ServiceNow architectures
• Drive adoption of Now Assist features such as virtual agents, generative AI workflows, and automation
• Ensure best practices in platform governance, security, performance, and scalability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in ITSM implementations
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist / AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow data model
• Experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions and system integrations
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
