• Defines platform strategy, ensures compliance with federal standards (such as security and data privacy), and drives scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture, provides technical leadership to development teams, and ensures best practices in governance, integration, and platform optimization.
• Requires strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, certifications (CSA/CIS), and familiarity with US public sector regulations and frameworks.
