Summary:

The Sr ServiceNow GRC/IRM SME serves as the SME for ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful management, enhancement, and integration of the GRC/IRM suite across the enterprise, working closely with development teams, Information Security, Audit, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet compliance and risk objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and process owners, including Information Security, Audit, and IS teams.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage and support the ongoing functionality, enhancements, projects, and optimization of the GRC/IRM modules.
• Oversee and manage integrations and data feeds related to GRC/IRM.
• Provide guidance on best practices, ensuring compliance with audit, governance, and risk management requirements.
• Support and participate in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations across the enterprise.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met.Skills:

Experience:
• 10+ years of ServiceNow administration/development experience.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow GRC/IRM with a deep/SME level knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities and configurations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience overseeing integrations and managing data flows between systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management.
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or equivalent work experience.
• IRM/GRC implementor certification from ServiceNow (preferred).
• Certified System Admin certification from ServiceNow (preferred).
