Responsibilities:
• Governance and change control for enhancements.
• Interface with domain architects.
• Discuss and capture requirements with platform and product owner.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solution options.
• Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews.
• Conduct impact assessments.
• Coordinate development with the Scrum team.
• Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
• Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
Qualifications:
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and workflow.
• Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Application Developer (CAD), Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Certified Master Architect (CMA) a plus.
• Experience with telecom-specific ServiceNow implementations.
