Owns delivery coordination for their hub. Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing,

scheduling and escalation. Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting.

• ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination

• Risk and issue management

• Agile delivery execution

• Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management

• ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools

BEHAVIOURS

▸Stakeholder mgmt across TCS and ServiceNow

▸Escalation handling and conflict resolution

▸Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources

CERTIFICATIONS:

PMP or equivalent

CSA preferred

Agile certified
