We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead with strong expertise in Native iOS Mobile Application Development. The candidate will lead ServiceNow mobility initiatives, support iOS application integrations, and work closely with business and technical teams for implementation, enhancements, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ServiceNow implementation, support, and enhancement activities
• Work on Native iOS application integrations with ServiceNow platforms
• Manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities
• Coordinate with development, business, and support teams
• Support API integrations, workflows, and mobile solutions
• Drive issue resolution, RCA, and continuous improvements
• Ensure service delivery and SLA compliance

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience with Native iOS development (Swift / Objective-C)
• Experience with mobile integrations, APIs, and workflows
• Knowledge of service management and production support
• Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills**
