Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading telecommunications client, is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to support our organization’s HR Service Delivery needs. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our ServiceNow instance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
This role is a hybrid opportunity. MUST be willing to go onsite 3x a week in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
• Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning
• Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches
• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations
• Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features
Qualifications of the right candidate:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a significant focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proven expertise in HRSD, including previous experience with Case Management
• Practical experience working in a multi-instance development stream (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod).
• Experience with Virtual Agent or Agent Chat
• Experience utilizing UI Builder, Workspace, and Widgets
• Must be able to work on W2
