Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Define and implement CSDM-aligned data models
• Lead platform design ensuring scalability, performance, and integrity
• Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and best practices
• Oversee governance, update sets, and deployment strategies
• Guide development teams on scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8 10 years of ServiceNow experience
• 2 3+ years in Architect/Lead role
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping
• Hands-on experience with integrations (AWS, Azure, Salesforce preferred)
• Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CTA preferred)
