ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

We are currently supporting a growing organisation looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide platform strategy, architecture, and transformation initiatives.

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with business engagement, governance, and long-term platform vision across complex ServiceNow environments.

The Role You will be responsible for:

• Defining and leading the enterprise ServiceNow architecture strategy

• Designing scalable, secure, and future-proof ServiceNow solutions

• Working closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and business leaders

• Providing architectural governance and platform best practice

• Supporting enterprise transformation programmes across the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Leading architectural discussions across integrations, workflows, automation, and platform optimisation

• Driving platform standardisation, roadmap planning, and technical direction

• Mentoring architects, consultants, and technical teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or Enterprise Architect

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and broader platform capabilities

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as:

• ITSM

• ITOM

• HRSD

• CSM

• SPM

• IRM/GRC

• Strong experience with integrations and enterprise-scale platform design

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working within large enterprise or consulting environments

Certifications ServiceNow certifications highly desirable, including:

• CSA

• CIS certifications

• CTA/CMA exposure or experience advantageous
