Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract position with a client in Brampton, ON (Hybrid). Ideally, looking for experience with ServiceNow Administration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services, preference would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations.
Must Have:
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching cycles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (for specific modules like ITSM, HRSD, etc.)
