ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate:

On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate – Job Description:

This role involves working on a critical project to develop and optimize ServiceNow workflows and procurement processes. The position focuses on enhancing the current request catalog for the procurement team.

ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate – Responsibilities:

• Work with the Procurement team to analyze existing procurement workflows and approvers within ServiceNow.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to automate and standardize procurement processes.

• Implement compliance controls and audit trails.

• Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility and support data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and governance policies.

• Participate in planning and estimating activities required to test new solutions.

ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate – Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management

• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms

ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM

• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications

• Proficient in creating dashboards and reports

• Public Sector Experience

• Ability to manage certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows

ServiceNow Developer-Intermediate – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension up to 12 months.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in-office at our client’s location.
