Role Description
The ServiceNow Delivery Head will oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring the alignment of projects with client requirements and organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery on time and within budget. The role also involves providing expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and driving continuous improvements across delivery processes. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Giridih, with opportunities for partial remote work.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform implementation, administration, and integration
• Strong project management experience, including planning, execution, and team leadership
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement technical solutions
• Experience in team development, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining onsite and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT service management or consulting is a plus
