PrecisionERP is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to work an initial 1-year contract with our client located in Brampton, ON.
The client requires the resource to work Hybrid (2x per week onsite) for the duration of the contract.
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching cycles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and integrations
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
