We’re looking for a ServiceNow Consultant and Sr. Consultant to support our team in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon & Mumbai . Key Skills Needed:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Lens (OCR) and AI Agents
• Contract/entitlement uploads
• Software provisioning workflows (approvals, user coordination, license provisioning)
• Managing restricted/certified software
• ✔ Strong HAM/SAM implementation expertise (OOTB flows, SAM Publisher)
• ✔ ITAM integrations (SCCM, JAMF, etc.)
