Job Title: ServiceNow BPC (Business Process Consultant)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with recent hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes across HR and Corporate Functions, specifically Finance and Legal. The ideal candidate will work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process discovery, requirement gathering, and design workshops for HRSD.
Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements, process flows, and ServiceNow configurations.
Partner with ServiceNow technical teams to design, validate, and implement solutions across HRSD and Corporate Function modules.
Develop and document process maps, use cases, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure process alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Facilitate UAT, training, and change management activities with business partners.
Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state improvements for scalable workflows.
Support go-live, post-deployment optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
5 8+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or Functional Analyst.
Recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD (mandatory).
Experience With Corporate Functions, Preferably Finance And Legal Workflows.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities: Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, COEs, Workflows, Integrations.
Ability to create clear documentation: process flows, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, SOPs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications: HRSD, CSA, ITIL, or similar.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide process transformations.
Exposure to ServiceNow modules outside HRSD (GRC, Legal Service Delivery, Finance Ops, etc.).
