Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership during presales engagements by assessing customer use cases, recommending optimal solutions, and shaping the overall technical vision for ServiceNow within their ecosystem.
• Solution Design: Architect innovative solutions using ServiceNow products and technologies, including ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITSM, CSM, SPM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, GRC, and custom applications.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they realize the full value of the platform.
• Workshops and Presentations: Lead architecture workshops, develop integration approaches, and present technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Proof of Concepts: Build and present Proof of Concepts within sandbox environments to highlight the value of ServiceNow solutions with real-world use cases.
• Content Creation: Create and deliver relevant content such as demos, videos, white-papers, and enablement sessions to both internal and external audiences.
• Adoption and Value: Promote platform adoption by driving additional business use cases with the customer.
• Collaboration: Work side by side with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to develop and refine a customer-centric technical sales strategy.
Overall Requirements:
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a technical architect role, preferably in a presales capacity.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ServiceNow products and technologies, including declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Leadership: Ability to lead technical teams, guide best practices, and mentor developers.
• Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices to ensure solutions are secure and compliant.
