• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs across DC Government IT projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and design documents.
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including technical architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM) using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other protocols, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of ServiceNow implementations by identifying and implementing tuning measures.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance requirements, including access controls and audit mechanisms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides; deliver training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
• Advise management on technology strategy, system design, and feasibility of future projects; assist in the development of IT systems roadmaps for the enterprise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and best practices; obtain and leverage relevant certifications (CTA, CIS preferred).
• Support public sector requirements, including onsite work and in-person interviews, as needed within the DC Metro area.
