Pay Range: $65 – $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user, role, and access management.
• Support and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Manage and maintain CMDB data integrity and support Discovery configurations.
• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, and apply patches as needed.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and process owners to enhance platform functionality.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Key Skills:Servicenow administration, Scripting, and Service Catalogs .
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Experience with ITSM processes and the CMDB.
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
