Hiring: Portfolio / Program Manager / Delivery Director – ServiceNow (Telco Transformation)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week)

Experience: 18+ years

We’re looking for a senior Program/Delivery Leader to drive a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program for a telecom client. This role involves leading multi-vendor teams, managing complex workstreams, and delivering using Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TSOM, TSM, CSM)

• Manage multiple Agile Release Trains & cross-team dependencies

• Drive program governance, risk management & delivery excellence

• Oversee multi-vendor collaboration and stakeholder engagement

• Ensure delivery within budget, scope, and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in large-scale enterprise / telecom programs

• Expertise in SAFe / Agile at scale

• Proven multi-vendor & global delivery management

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem

Preferred: SAFe / PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / ServiceNow certifications
