## Job Summary

We’re looking for a high‑impact ServiceNow Administrator & Developer with 8+ years of hands‑on experience building custom solutions, optimizing workflows, and owning end‑to‑end platform administration. What You’ll Do

• Lead full‑cycle ServiceNow development, including custom applications, scoped apps, integrations, and automation.

• Administer and maintain the platform, ensuring stability, performance, upgrades, and best‑practice configurations.

• Design and implement custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data models.

• Manage user access, roles, ACLs, and security models across the platform.

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

• Own platform governance, including update sets, code reviews, documentation, and release management.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize performance.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience across administration and development.

• Proven ability to build custom applications and automate complex workflows.

• Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other major modules.

• Expertise in platform security, ACLs, and role-based access control.

• Hands-on experience with integrations and API-based data exchange.

• ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes.

• Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor the performance of solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform.

Documentation and Training:

• Document all solutions, processes, and best practices.

• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on functionalities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
