Title: Change / Release Management (ServiceNow)
Role Type: Contract 18 months
Location: On-site required – Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Las Colinas, TX)
Relocation: Not supported (local candidates only)
Interview Process
• Round 1: On-site interview
• Round 2: Virtual interview with full release team
Work Schedule & Flexibility
• Standard business hours with rotational late evenings
• Periodic nights (may run until 3:00 AM)
• Some weekends (planned + emergency support)
• No overtime pay for contractors
• Hours are offset during the business day for late/night work
• Contractors must self-monitor hours and proactively communicate if approaching overtime
• BYOD approved (must be reachable after hours if needed)
Role Overview
This role is NOT a Scrum Master position.
The individual will function as a Release / Change Coordinator responsible for opening, managing, and governing Change Requests (CRs) in ServiceNow (ITSM module) for a subset of agile teams (“tenants”).
The platform team executes deployments; this role owns change governance, coordination, approvals, and accountability.
