POSITION: ServiceNow ITAM Subject Matter Expert
LOCATION: Fort Mill, SC (HYBRID 3x/week)
DURATION: 6 MONTHS Contract 2 Hire
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years dedicated ITAM experience spanning both HAM and SAM
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro in production environments
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and VMware licensing models
• Proven experience supporting or preparing for software vendor audits
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and IRE as they relate to asset data quality
• ServiceNow CIS-ITAM certification or equivalent hands-on equivalency
Preferred Qualifications:
• IAITAM CAMP or CITAM certification
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
• Scripting ability: JavaScript / GlideScript for ServiceNow customizations
• Experience in regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, or federal — strongly preferred
