Responsibilities and deliverables

• Configure & build HR solutions in ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center (forms, catalog items, workflows)

• Automate HR processes such as case routing, approvals, and task management

• Enhance the Employee Center experience (portal layout, navigation, action items)

• Develop integrations with external systems for Employee Center tasks.

• Manage HR data and platform setup (tables, fields, security, data integrity)

• Support testing and deployments, including issue resolution

• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
